I have been on a roll! lol...
Remember the Reader's Digest books I found at a rummage sale? I taught one of my friends how to make a coptic stitch journal?
Well, I made journals from the rest of the books. Each journal is bound with a single-needle coptic stitch, filled with colored card stock that was purchased at the thrift store.

Again, I set up on the kitchen table, within eyesight of D, and he let me work as he watched TV. Other than the fact that the room is the hottest in the house, this is working out for both of us.
I hate the heat, but I hate not being able to do anything even more.
I wonder if C has made another journal yet?
ooo i want one! :D
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! I love how you redeemed the Readers Digest covers.
ReplyDeleteThese look really nice, neat, and well made. I love the cover on the front one with white pages! So you used old Reader's Digest books for the covers? Did you re-cover the covers at all?
