Update and swap

First the swap!  I participated in Blissful ATC Swap's November theme and my partner was DeeDee from Dee Dee's Craft Spot.
It was an open theme so I decided to do a partial mandala using a watercolor resist technique.

It's a really simple, but satisfying technique.  I used a white Glaze pen (by Sakura) on a white, blank ATC-sized card.  Let the glaze dry, then misted some water over the card.  Pulled out my watercolors and just dabbed here and there.  Let it dry, then took a damp paper towel and gently wiped the card to better expose the drawing.  Done!

I also worked on my HDBS doll off and on.  For some reason, this week has just been a blur for me.  I'm tired... : )

I attached her legs and made some panties...

She totally makes me think of anime right now!  And watch, when she's finally done, she'll probably look nothing like this... lol!
